Had he pm'd the mod the mod could of very well brushed it aside, said no, still not good enough and no one would of known the lengths he went to to prove he had evidence. By making it public every user now sees this and the "discrepancies" in thread closing that may or may not be going on around here.

This. Plus, mods I imagine get a lot of PM so it could be missed and how do we know he didn't also PM a mod?

The rule here is that you have to send this kind of things to a moderator so this thread will get locked anyway. I don't understand why you are so upset though, it's a damn gaming forum, there are better things to do than to complain about a thread you got locked.
