I can't get enough of grassland groove

3D World's Boo House is one of the best tunes I've ever had the pleasure of hearing from gaming.

I can't make a comparison, though because I have yet to play TF.

I'm going with DKC:TF. While SM3DW's new Boo House music is absolutely beautiful, DKC:TF has MORE of these beautiful songs. Seashore War is hard to beat, even when I measure it against the gaming industry in general, lol

Tropical Freeze, but Super Mario 3D World is sooooo close it's almost on par. But the songs are more intense in TF.

I actually like 3DWorld's music better.

3D World for me...though that may change when I play more of TF. From what I've heard of TF in the first couple worlds, along with the supposed "best" tracks on youtube though, 3D World just has a more consistent, memorable soundtrack in my opinion. Plus I'm a sucker for high-quality live orchestration and the "jazzy" touches in 3D World's OST. The Snomad theme and Grassland Groove in TF are absolutely fantastic though. Props to David Wise.

I had an incredibly hard time choosing myself, they're both so stellar.

In the end though, I went with Tropical Freeze, simply for having more standout tracks. David Wise is a living legend, and bringing him back was one of the best moves Nintendo have made in ages.
