What does he mean lead platform? It can't be DLC since Microsoft has a deal for that. It'll probably get marketed primarily for XBO as well. Not sure what he's talking about.

Lead platform means which console the game is primarily developed on, other platforms are just ported to by a smaller tech team. It does happen in alot of developers just because its easier to maintain 1 build on daily basis, but id be surprised if that wasnt just PC these days.

Exactly thats why E3 stuff 2 or 3 years ahead of launch allways looks better

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

It's certainly PC where i work and PC for all studios my friends work at. Especially with this new generation where there practically PC's anyway there is just no need to buy everyone a dev kit when they can do everything on their PC.

Switching to the more powerful console is quite stupid. You will encounter unexpected problems with "downgrading" to the less powerful system.

The other way around will result in suprises that will allow you to implement some additional stuff. = no problem at all.

Which only applied to Ghosts.

I,hope so, maybe this will make microsoft finally work on its first party games rather than funding a shit Ip like call of doody. Xbox one could be the ps3 of this gen and ps4 the 360 which I would give them some points in my opinion

More like such news is hinting M$ to continue paying them more $$ to stay loyally... Sux...

LOL at $onygaf paid "insiders"

You can feel their hatred of MS, barely disguised, seeping through their very posts.

But COD is just another boring shooter, reiterating the same idea every year and in general shooters are best played on PC so why even bother with consoles? Best framerate and resolution on PC confirmed!
