Forums - Nintendo - The Thing That Annoys Me About Aonuma

Nintendo has probably asked him to do to keep over 90% of his work on the new zelda confidential.

It's not Aonuma you're annoyed with. It's the non-disclosure policy he's bound to.

Yeah, but it would be dumb to call the title "The Thing That Annoys Me About Nintendo's Non-Disclosure Policy"

It's also getting seriously annoying. He basically says the exact same thing in his interviews. You know, how we always mentions how he wants to stop the hand-holding and linear progresssion in Zelda. It's like he's trying to stall people unti he can talk about Zelda U. Can't he talk about the items their planning to do, what art styles their thinking about, what they could do if people don't like the direction Zelda's going, or Link's age in the game? I think that would be more fun to read than reading how Zelda is too linear every month.

Well tell interviewers to stop asking the same questions over and over again then you wont have to deal with him answering with the same thing all the time.

I mean its highly doubtful that he'd reply "I want to remove handholding"  when someone would ask him "what did you have for breakfast today?"

nothing to do here.... bye bye

I guess so. Still, there's no point in having interviews when they'll ask the same thing, and he'll answer the same thing. It's like a script, not an interview.

Also...

1,999th POST!!!!! LET'S PARTY LIKE IT'S 1999!

Nintendo doesn't discuss unannounced projects, basically. This is how it has been and how it shall be.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

The thing that annoys me from that guy is that he hasn't showed the next Zelda for homeconsole.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Or the fact he keeps avoiding the topic of MMHD which to me is the most annoying thing.

I don't think he wants to do that. That's why he only talks about MM3D.
