Its the high price with unwanted peripheral with diminished returns as far as comparing it to the competition(not having to have psn to watch netflix, the lesser resolution and performance of ps4, the extra money, etc.).

Um two and ONLY two reason.

Cheaper Price. More territories.

I agree that it's a big factor, but if it was just the price why PS3 dominated X360 between 2008 and 2011 with a higher price?
