Drive sales means the game caused the consoles sales to increase, nothing more nothing less. Wii U is up year over year in February and up from last month due to Donkey Kong. That by definition means it drove Wii U sales.

February is almost always a bump over January because it's tax refund month in the US.

It is $50 cheaper and has several more big games this year over last year (err .. NSMBU and Nintendo Land and ... Zombi U?) so I would hope there is at least some improvement.
