Now this, if true, is actually a much bigger deal.  I can't think of any reason why someone with a verified purchase from Amazon should have their review deleted or hidden.

I just found it interesting. I don't have an Xbox One. When I get one, I won't even be buying Titanfall as the game doesn't interest me. And it's not the reviews I'm looking at. Reading them, most are very balanced and honest. It's the "Not Helpful" votes, the amount of them is amazing.

Side Note: If Amazon is removing legitmate reviews, that is suspicous. I know they've done it with book reviews recently due to policy changes with reviews. But those were in regards to friends and family reviewing a book to an usual degree of 5 stars or who never bought the book. Maybe it's something similar with the Titanfall reviews.

Well, i've seen it yesterday with my own eyes, where verified review (and few more below 4 stars) just disappeared after few minutes. 

User reviews are 4.6/5 which equals 92%. It's 87 on Metacritic. Gaming journalists trolls confirmed????

It is 86 in Metacritic but you are close... it is close to drop to 85 unless receive a lot of 9 in the next days.

Honestly a lot of ps4 fanboys disgraced all ps4 fans. I'm an XB1 guy, but I have nothing against ps4. I honestly think all the hate Titanfall has gotten from ps4 fanboys is gonna affect the decision to stay exclusive. Whatever guaranteed check is going to look that much better when you think about how ps4 fanboys have worked hard to ruin Titanfall.

Metacritic right now has less then 600 red reviews for Titanfall (X1 and PC), less than 600 people out of over 6 million went out of their way to give Titanfall a bad review and that is if, which is highly unlikely, all of those bad scores are from PS4 fanboys. Stop freaking exaggerating, a few loud mouthed idiots will not influence any future platform decisions, if that was the case then Cod wouldn't release anywhere.

The potential market for Titanfall on the PS4 is huge and EA realizes that, so if MS wants to keep the series away from the PS4 then they'd better be ready to shell out some serious cash.

This isn't just a problem with Titanfall. This has been a problem with a great many high profile titles. Anyone remember Mass Effect 3 when people were going apeshit over the ending? An awesome game with a questionable ending got a flood of negative user reviews. It was disgusting how people behaved.

In addition to people just behaving like idiots because they want to hate Titanfall there are also people who are reacting quite negatively to other people who simply don't like the game for their own reasons that don't involve blind hate. Now that the word is out and Titanfall isn't genre redefining or "Game of the Generation", basically falling well short of the obscene hype created for it, there are people who don't want to deal with reality now. For the sake of their own denial no one is allowed to be critical of the game. There are people who are certainly just there to hate but there are people who want to say they don't like it and sadly they can't get a word in edge wise because both the haters and the deniers ruin it for them.

Personally I think it's a great game and I think it's sad that the media created an unrealistic image of the game that was based on a limited amount of hands-on time with an unfinished product. It's selling very well right now and has been but I have a feeling that it will be, unfortunately, remembered more as an example of how a game can fail to live up to hype than as a great entry into the genre. That's not Respawn's fault. I blame irresponsible "journalists".
