Forums - Nintendo - Does anyone really actually care about Bayonetta 2?

Lets be honest.. We only interested in it to see it fail sales wise... Then we'll gloat and make fun of it.. A few years later we'll then complain that we don't have games like this one more and blame everyone who didn't buy it..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

This game will flop and it makes me sad, a few hardcore Nintendo fanboys will buy it to support Nintendo but thats really it. Maybe theres some fans of the game who either A) Are Nintendo fans or B) Love the series enough to buy a WiiU but I feel that number will be small

It'll be Nintendo's flop, they payed for it.  What's crazy is out of  the 100+ million consoles that Microsoft & Sony sold together, only a little over 2 million brought the game.  And that number isn't one region total sales either.   Owners ran after GTA, RDR & COD.  How good it looks running on Wii U hardware, now almost everyone love the first game and can't understand why they are not getting the second.

I wish it was a Castlevania game done by Platinum games instead. I'll still play it, but I feel like that would sell better.

a Symphony of the Night like 2.5D game made by Retro.

After playing The Wonderful 101, it became my most wanted game of 2014.

It is consistently more hyped than that other Platinum game. What was it.. Wonderbra 404? No that's not right..

On topic though, that people have to scoff off Bayonetta 2 as uninteresting or unimportant because it's on Wii U, and is likely to sell less than had it been on other systems is really sad. If the game is spectacular, unimpressive sales won't affect it negatively.

It is what I like to call "Dreamcasting"

I'm really looking forward to it. Game will flop but Ninty already paid for its development so Platinum will be fine.

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

People that didn't even know about the 1st one are treating it like a gamechanger because its exclusive to Wii U.

Playstation owners never played the first Mass Effect, but that didn't stop them from buying the second one.  They only got to play the first years later.  And it is a so called gamechanger and we can brag it.

People still knew about Mass Effect 1 before the 2nd one was announced. The Mass Effect series isn't a gamechanger because its not an exclusive. Its a great and anticipated game, but not a gamechanger.

I don't except that.  People is not as slow as you're trying to make them out to be.  I knew about Bayonetta and I owned a Wii.  I also know the X360 has the better version of the game, just like GTA4 & RDR.  There isn't a game today that will come out under everyone's radar.

I don't but a couple of my friends do.
