But we are in the minority.

If the WiiU was the new Virtual Boy, it would have been discontinued last year.

Nintendo ignores their past problems, their fans in this thread ignore their current problems. Genius. |
It's not ignoring their current problems to realize that the Wii U's troubles aren't even in the same league as those the Virtual Boy faced.
Virtual Boy was discontinued after 8 months. Last time I checked, Wii U wasn't discontinued last July.

Big Picture.
Virtual Boy = Nintendos worst selling portable console
Wii U (still on track to be) = Nintendos worst selling home console
Keep grasping your fingers to that ledge of excuses even harder. I enjoy the suspense...

The Virtual Boy only had one 1 game, the Wario Land for Virtual Boy. That "theory" is just silly.

Virtual Boy: Pulled after 8 months on the market with just 1.26m units shipped.
Wii U: Already on the market twice as long as VB ever was, shipped five times as much, and no indication it will be pulled any time soon.
Try to retain some perspective.
Well, looks like someone wasn't getting enough ad revenue (or as much as they wanted to).
Or he's ran out of gaming stuff to theorize and is grasping and doom and gloom bandwagons to aid him. Pathetic.
