400-500 because I dont want it to be utter crap.
And im sure its going to need a pass though box.
I would be willing to pay... zero.
Its a fad worse than motion controls. It will never work, its concept is flawed. Need to have some contraption in my head to be able to look around? I do that with the right analog stick and my thumb. No thx.

initially they were gunning for $300, but they indicated the retail version might cost a bit more, so $350-400 is my bet
I think the price for the PS4 VR should start at 299$/€ and that's what I would be probably willing to pull day one depending on software coming with it. Of course I would have to try it first, but the reactions to the recent Crystal Cove and the few who tried the Valve VR are very, very promising.
Why are we speculating about a "One" VR, there is nothing sugesting it, not to mention the performance barrier that is already being brought up as a big potential obstacle to the PS4 VR.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
Greatness Awaits!
More than I can afford, but it'll be certainly worth it. I'm thinking somewhere in the region of £300 / $400.

in leaked road map documents from 2010 Microsoft mentioned some kind of media glasses called "fortaleza" for 2014, although these probably were ment for augmented reality and not VR
a lot has changed since, but there are quite a few ideas in there that were realized

Well the existing 3D viewers currently cost £999 for the wired (HMZ-T2) and £1299 for the wireless (HMZ-T3W) models. These are running at 1280 x 720. Typically those would be the same price in dollars.
Unless Sony is planning to discontinue the 3D viewer range or the resolution of the VR sets is lower I can't see the VRs being cheaper than the 3Ds.
Instead I reckon we could see a few hundred being cut from the 3D viewers and the VRs taking their place at the $1000 price point.
Hope I'm wrong though. I'd consider paying up to $500 but the key for me (assuming the quality is everything we hope) is the weight and wearer comfort. I had an HMZ-T1 for about a month but sold it on as it gave me a headache to wear.
