In my opinion, MS needs to bank it all on E3. Get the price cut out there ($399 WITH Kinect to differenciete it, maybe pack in Kinect Sports), and sort of reintroduce the X1. In a way, take the chance to relaunch the console, and I think they'll be able to at least maintain parity in the US and maybe UK (well, they'll be behind, but it'll be closer). In the rest fo the world though? No, the X1 has no chance. |
Agree for the most part except for the inability to xbox one outselling ps4 in US and Uk at the same price, but i guess we just have to wait for that moment in order to know if there will be complete domination in every region from ps4.
I have said all along that I think the One will take the US, I still think it can. Europe will be tough though but the UK is by far the biggest market for it over here. Japan is irrelevant for xbox but it won't net the other competitors a whole lot either.

I dont blame them, I would do the same. |
True, but an AC IV bundle... what... seems like a little late to the party that one... or perhaps it hasnt sold globally as much as Ubi expected and are hoping to push a few current gen over to it.
Yeah the infamous bundle is a good idea, just at the right time. Though I guess the negative ? for Sony is that not having enough of any stock until the bundle arrives doesnt actually net them any extra sales. Suppose it gets them Infamous sales for those that might not want the game...
/sorry rambling, got a headache.
