Respawn own the IP the only way MS could keep the game exclusive is if they buy the studio similar to what EA did with Bioware for Mass Effect.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
Doesn't Respawn have to accept the purchase anyway? Also I'm pretty sure EA cares more about beating Activision which they've been trying to do for about a decade then the vocal xbox fanbase.

haha but seriously, if the games so good, why wouldn't you want the sequel on both consoles so it sells better and has more money to spend to make it even better?
I understand preferring one console over the other but this is a bit much if you ask me.
