That's exactly what I was thinking. The country or region chooses what to censor not the developer themselves. I am pretty sure developers wouldn't to censor anything they put their time and effort in or else what would be the point of developing it.

That's just plain wrong. European governments are not able to censor ANYTHING. It is forbidden by the law. That means you can do whatever the fuck like. The only thing that can happen is that you may not advertise your game/movie/book/whatever and can't sell it where children can see it. But it is impossible for a country to censor or ban any game or movie. 

It is solely the fault of the devs. And they can rot in hell for that. Like I said, PC version comes without any cuts. You think that would be possible if any government stood behind the cuts? Also, every episode of South Park airs in europe uncut. Even mohammed would have been ok if they wouldn't have cut him out themselves. 

German magazine PC Games asked Ubisoft why they cut the console versions, but not the PC version. You know what they said? It is a marketing decision! Yeah, that's so great Ubisoft! Thanks so much!

Shit like that is why I hate Ubisoft so much. The (imo) one time they publish a good game and they have to cut it. And that because of marketing! Because only kids play on consoles or what? Well shit, it's still 18+! Or are console gamers just not mentally able to handle the game or what? You know what, I don't even care, just go fuck yourselves. They are worse than EA if you ask me.

Yes, I'm pissed, because I was looking forward to this game for months. But I want a full version. Maybe I'll upgrade my PC sometime.

The reason it doesn't have a 90 or higher is because it lacks realistic grass.
