So 5.847M+~50K = ~5.9M. That means outside Japan PS4 sold only ~100K, again if that's not due to supply constraints that's a very big drop too.

6M in under 4 months is great, but the numbers in the last week to break that mark are not terribly impressive.

Looking at nowinstock.com we can definitely blame stock at least in the west, for japan I'm a bit inclined to do the same, I've read of sellouts at japanese retailers again and I don't know but this week on week drop seems way too sharp to me otherwise.

well they managed to sell an avarage of 900k per month this year. i would say something around that number. im guessing they will reach 6.7 million sales end of the quarter.
