Have a Kinect-less SKU for $50 less than the PS4 and drop the price of the current Kinect model by $50 (if they haven't already, that is...)

I've been saying this since launch, get rid of the forced Kinect pack in and lower the price by $100. X1 is right back in the game with that move.

Well considering the cheaper 360 price is what helped it create sales lead over the PS3 I still don't know what made Microsoft change strategies. I mean it should of been obvious to them that a more expensive system Kinect or not would lose its sales edge over a well-established brand like PlayStation. That being said it's still doing very well for the price it's going for.

now the price has come down, I think MS would be better served to tease some of the games that will be out this year, something, right now the only thing to look forward to this year is halo 2 remake and they deny that. So not much going for them as we know of, no hype to push sales. I guess they expect some to wait until 2 months from now to decide? Missed opportunity.

My point is that $100 will make the Xbone just sell like the PS4 or a little below it... $150 will make it outsell PS4 almost every week

Games will help Xbox outsell Playstation...and with Sony cancelling games left and right and laying off people I have to say Microsoft will have the edge.

It needs to be cheaper than the PS4 to keep up with it...So I guess I agree. 350$ Xbox One Vs. 399$ PS4.

But to be honest it's not like Xbox One is doing that bad...It's really just the PS4 is KILLING it, and it makes it seem as if the Xbox One is performing poorly.
