At least sony and microsoft are reacting acording to changes in order to pleased and atract more consumer, cannot say the same thing about nintendo.  

I can already play those games on my Wii.
To sell the Wii U they needed to do games for Wii U, original ones that you cannot play on other devices.

We need new games.. yes.. but also very important if done right.. New channels and possibilities

Avi/mp4.. video from hd channel would be a easy way to add more value to wii-u.. (i mean it.. why dossent nintendo do that, and start advertise that wii-u is way better and "smarter" than the most expensive smart tv's.. whitout any commercials, add ware or google tracking,  has a tablet to.. and on top of that.. can download and play the newest nintendo games)

And the "old games" 

They could do Upad only VC.. that way it's somephing "new" :)

Complete donkey kong tropical.. and be rewareded with Donkey contry snes for upad.. i mean they sold it on Snes, gb color, gba, and VC.. how much can they earn (and dont look totally greedy same time) anymore.. a vc reward/bonus program make so much sense

why not a VC flatrate? 10$ a month and u  can lay all the retrogames u want...

I don't think bundling Wii or N64 games with the U would help. It's a next gen console and people should have next gen experiences. A bundle with Watch Dogs or SM3DW would do so much more. Point is, old game won't make someone buy a bleeding edge console.

Besides that, with all the confusion about Wii U being an "acessory" to the Wii, selling it with Wii software would just make it worse.

Well, I tried it out for $60 for 25 months starting past December and already it has been an amazing value.  Even if it is just okay for the next 20 months still a bargain.  I would love for Nintendo to offer something similar.
