Lol trilinear filtering. Those devs sure know what's hip in 2014!

Which is why it ain't all about resolution...

2 in a row now.

The PS4 has better resolution, better framerates and no tearing but for some reason DF gave the win to the X1. And the pop in doesn't occur when the PS4 version is fully installed (it HAS to be fully installed on the X1)

But if you want it, take it.

I take it. Just one more to declare the Xbone the winner.

Well, this seems like a Face-off to show on which platform it look shittier... nothing to see here.

better frame rate and higher res... but looks worse. thanks for enforcing my point further.

ps4 version doesnt looks worse, in fact looks better thanks to resolution.

ps4 only have problems loading textures in cutscenes for 1 sec

but whatever

Sounds a lot like when people harped on Ryse dropping to "18 fps" or something from a DF analysis when it hit that mark for one second during a non-playable cut scene.

If I were running DF my analysis would be simple.

PS4: Looks like shit, plays like shit
XB1: Looks like shit, plays like shit
PC: Looks like shit, plays like shit

Thief sucks.

Man... 25 fps is terrible. 20 frames on XB1 is even worse.

So much for "next-gen"...

TL;DR use "Thief sucks" and summarize it.

What's with that flag rendering slow as shit on the PS4? You sure that isn't the Xbone version with it's slower memory?

It's fixed by fully installing the game to your PS4 (which it seems DF didn't do).

what do you expect with the UR3 engine?

ps3 also won a few FO last gen most were also unimportant low scoring games aswell

i enjoy these articles and have even with last gen PS3 losing most of them but to see if the xb1 can really comeback we need to see FO for some important games like watchdogs, mgs5, and the next COD aswell as possibly a gta5 port
