I didnt make any claims i was backing up the other user who did.

Im not butt hurt at all i will be playing it in 1080p on PC.

Ok couple of points here:

If the game runs in 60 FPS then there is no chance in hell it will run 1080p.
Not saying its running at 1080 means its not running at 1080,
Saying its running above 720, suggests quite clearly they are going to run at 729 or whatever it was.

And how do i put this... no SDK improvements in the world are going to make a game go from 720p to 1080p without having a major effect on the FPS... people really believe this stuff, its straight out of "the cloud" and "mistermediax" level thinking.
