Around $800 is a good price point, in my opinion.

A good CPU will last for a long time, it doesn't become nearly the bottleneck that a GPU might. Get a good amount of RAM with room to upgrade on your motherboard. Don't skimp on a PSU, as you might want to upgrade your GPU later. You can actually get a solid GPU for pretty cheap.

Then you might want to consider getting the PSU, case, and motherboard from ebay. You could also get the harddrive used if you wish or resuse it from your old computer. The DVD drive can come from your old computer as well as your keyboard and mouse. That's alot of saving right there.

I would but sadly I can't import things from foreign countries. There must be shops here that sell usd parts though. All the things you listed maybe I would have to buy a new harddrive since the one I have is really small...

What could you possibly sink 1000$ though, smart custom build at $500-600 is all you need and you can easily max or atleast near max, everything at 1080p. Max LoL definately wayyyyyy past 60FPS too.

Hmmm, this will be a serious issue ... Do you have an online PC parts retailer you could show me to make the best out of the situation ?

While I will always love Nintendo most, I enjoy and respect PC gaming for what it is. The controls are air-tight and there are some crazy-fun games for the PC.
