Then you might want to consider getting the PSU, case, and motherboard from ebay. You could also get the harddrive used if you wish or resuse it from your old computer. The DVD drive can come from your old computer as well as your keyboard and mouse. That's alot of saving right there. 

I would but sadly I can't import things from foreign countries. There must be shops here that sell usd parts though. All the things you listed maybe I would have to buy a new harddrive since the one I have is really small...

Hmmm, this will be a serious issue ... Do you have an online PC parts retailer you could show me to make the best out of the situation ?
