Wii U would win:

Wii U exclusives (including Smash) vs Xbox One exclusives (minus cross gen and PC) and PS4 exclusives (minus cross gen and PC)

Wii U would win without a doubt against XBONE and it'd probably beat PS4. Doesn't sound too interesting to me lol.

Wii U looks pretty good even ignoring the fact its software sells a bajillion units more than Sony and Microsoft games.

OK, I'm thoroughly confused now...

I'm taking "combining PS4/XB1" as meaning just their exclusives, as in their 1st/2nd party games. Things like Titanfall, Infamous, Drive Club, The Order, etc against Ninty exclusives. In other words, not including games like Metal Gear or Destiny. In that scenario I think WiiU will win.

However, if you mean combining everything that's exclusive to PS4/XB1 as in everything not coming to WiiU (which would pretty much be their entire libraries except for Watchdogs and COD), then yeah, PS/1 will win.

By install base alone Wii U cant win

Titanfall shouldn't be counted as it's also on PC and 360.

It's Xbox 1 exclusives, not Microsoft exclusives

Wii U full exclusives (including zelda) they did 9.8 million last year. With partial exclusives they did just over 11 million.

That number should be higher this year since people will still be buying games from 2012 and 2013 plus the new releases. I think Wii U has this.

Fantasia: Music Evolved? LOL, sounds like a solid exclusive. But nevermind.

PS4 has Infamous and Driveclub that should be solid sellers. The others shouldn't be too bad either. XB1 adds Titanfall and Kinect probably sells good too. WiiU has Mario Kart and SSB as solid sellers (Donkey Kong looks already really mediocre in sales, looking at japanese first week). If we reduce on system exclusive, Titanfall and SSB are removed from that. So 4 games against 2 or 3 against 1 if you combine platforms. Add to that, that everything (including Nintendo first party) underperforms on WiiU. Combine both and WiiU stands no chance. If we separate PS4 and XB1, XB1 might lose against WiiU and PS4 win, but I'm not so sure of all of that.

If the Wii U doesn't win this, I won't be too surprised. Although it should, there have been many things that should've happened with it but still fell flat on their face. So I don't have very high hopes.
