Wii: 216,776 ($250)

3DS: 194,084 ($170)

PS4: 124,314 ($400 and with stock clearly being withheld for the japanese launch)

360: 80,606

DS: 65,608

PS3: 53,197

PSP: 49,540

X1: 48,032

WiiU: 38,362

PSV: 16,704 (Japan only)

And you seriously believe that the PS4 isn't selling well?

And what were the first numbers for january NPD for the WII ? 

The fact that it's having an appreciable in the beginning of february doesn't bode well.

What are you talking about? So if it´s not on a Nintendo, Microsoft or Sony console then they are not part of the gaming population? A LOT of the people playing now on their smartphones started on the Wii. A LOT!

Why it didnt beat Wiis first January NPD?? I m guessing you at least read all those threads about PS4 being sold out everywhere and pretty fast. I know you are quickly going to say so was the Wii that only means that Wii had more stock in January then PS4 in january as they were both sold out.

Fact: The WII sold more in it's first january than the PS4 did.

And try not to contradict yourself, makes you look bad

"Almost none of the customers are dedicated to just one platform manufacturer" vs "Those extra 1 million sales are from none other than the Sony Fanbase"

Fact: The only one to swallow a $400 console with a dry launch is none other than Sony fans ...

Why are you implying that I'm anti Sony ? If anything the only console I'd consider is the PS4. No need to seriously get defensive over a worthwhile analysis.

I must be the only one who doesn't think ANY of the consoles are necessarily "doomed" yet. Not Wii U, and certainly not Xbox One (which is less than 4 months old for goodness sake).

I also think the PS4 is doing very well.

Not sure what the heck is wrong with some of you on both sides. Laughable.
