So I was looking at the Wii U Eshop and I saw DKC: TF listed as $54.99, I use the Canada Eshop.

Wasn't this game supposed to be $50, what's the deal?

Its cause our dollar sucks right now so the prices of everything has gone up thats gaming/food/electronics related :/

Well that sucks. I'm "glad" it's only a $5 difference and not higher. In any case, the games could be $70 and it would still be cheaper than buying them physical in my country...

$55 (CAD) x $0.90 (USD) = $49.5 (USD)

CAD = Canadian Dollar

USD = United States Dollar

Since the Canadian dollar is currently only worth 90 cents American they changed the price. If you're not from Canada you're basically paying the same price since the credit card conversion would be around the same as if you paid $50 USD.
