Wow lol looks like you need to read before you reply. There's nothing wrong with his post dude. He was saying that Wii U is closer to previous gen while Xbox One is closer to PS4.

How so?

He is comparing X1 to WiiU and is saying "but saying it (X1) is closer to previous gen is pushing it"

So according to his comment WiiU is last gen.  Which is trolling.

I mean he used "previous gen" on purpose where he could just have said "WiiU" isntead .

So now a release game is the peak of the Xbox One's capabilities? I've never seen a generation where games didn't continue to look better year over year.

the gap between current gen and last gen is ridiculously small, but some of you make look that wii u belongs to the 4th gen of consoles, x1 to the last generation and ps4 is some kind of ultimate super ultra woopi doopi power nasa computer

Yes, because graphics (and this gen) are all about px and fps! WiiU can never do 720p at 60fps, it's impossible!

This is so obvious, why bother asking?

Top one is Need For Speed: Most Wanted... I can tell just by the yellow Porsche in the background since that's the car you start with, lol. The middle is Forza 5 because I've seen that exact screeshot posted by selnor before... and the last one is a VERY bad picture (Did you find a low quality picture on purpose?) of Drive Club.

That was the only driveclub pic I could find that didn't have the branding on it.

well the gap between wiiu and xboxone is much bigger http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=136756 as you can from the specs its not even close, xboxone main problem comes is that it has some real problems doing 1080p gaming cause the esram and rop being cut down to make the esram fit on the gpu, you look at wiiu and its basically last gen interms of performace, 1 year later, and you still have games most multiplatform games running much worse on wiiu then 360/ps3, while xbone is running them at 900p/1080p whith some nextgen upgrades.

No way. The WiiU's GPU is superior to that of the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The CPU is also superior being an Out-of-Order design.

You're looking at probably 2x the maximum performance of the PS3.
However it's not in the same league as the Next-gen twins.

There is a massive performance disparity between the 7th gen and 8th gen, thanks to the continiously advancing PC technology found in all systems. (And because that generation dragged for so damn long the difference is more pronounced.)

This gen is like the exact reverse of gen 6. Gamecube had a slight edge over Xbox which had a slight edge over PS2. This gen it's the same, except in reverse.
