Told you the meta for this game wouldn't be higher than 70, after the first reviews came in. I think this game is rushed, hence the bad scores.

If not for the game draught on the WiiU, this game could've afforded to launch later and be better received.

since your soooooo confident why dont you put your money where your mouth is (in this case sig control). We bet, yu win if it gets 70 or lower i win if it gets a 71 or higher

Why should i make a bet about a prediction just because you don't agree with it? Search for another means of ''proving'' how right you are. I'm predicting this and your bias is not going to change my mind.

Lol this is the guy that goes to nintendo threads and call them fanboys, just for having different opinions.

He also went to my thread that basically was apple thread and call me a fanboy of nintendo because it was saying the next-gen would be moblie devices. You are the last person to tell anyone about being bias.

On-topic:I would say it's not gamespot per say but the horrible reviewer. Looking at some of the reviews of this guy.

Regardless of the reasoning behind; this seems downright strange. I honestly can't believe it deserves such a mediocre score.

They also gave Link Between Worlds Game of the Year, though, right? I would call that solidly overrated (a very solid game, hits all the checkmarks, but does nothing exceptional).

They're just weird.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

gamespot have 2 of the worst reviewers of this industry , tom is the worst of them all , he is one of those guys that hate everything.

The other one is that tranny dude that likes to play a victim a lot and see mysoginy where there isn't any (GTA V review)

Most of GS's traffic comes from their 'System Wars'' forum topics, where flaming is completly allowed, even encouraged. Gotta keep the community alive by pissing off a part of it

the idea that Gamespot one of the biggest sites in gaming needs to do "clickbait" is laughable, maybe the guy just didnt care for the game, shocking i know.

but it was supposed to launch in November

I know. Nintendo was really caught off guard by this HD developing stuff. Almost all their game have been delayed multiple times now.

I remember people expecting Zelda WiiU early 2014, before the console had launched, but now we don't even have a release date for it!

I dont know who thought Zelda would be out early 2014, but that was wishful thinking and straight lacking common sense to me.

But they should have NEVER been caught off guard to begin with. Its not like HD development hasnt been going on for years.

Well NIntendo has no experience with HD development. When everyone else was going through HD development growing pains, they were still developing in SD/ED for the Wii.

thats my point, they just kind of sat on their asses all those years. They didnt think to ask "everyone" else for help?

Tropical Freeze is not gonna end up under 71 on Meta...

It seems like a few sites have reviewers with very different individual outlooks on certain genres and games, this lends the image of a site that is in itself erratic and out of touch. I can't say which is which; but I really do find a 5/10 for this game terribly strange, I've played all the mainline DK games till now and never walked away with any sort of mediocre impression and I just can't fathom that Retro could have dropped the ball like this.

This will probably be one of those games with a huge high-low difference in scores, but I'm certain that it's a really good game, for my part.

Why are people so damn frustrated over reviews? Some of the best games I have played lately are 6/10s. Play it yourself and stop freaking out over other peoples OPINIONS (you know what a review is).

Why would Nintendo use a sentence from the Gamespot review in their review trailer for the game if it was such a negative review by the way?

"The game looks beautiful on a big tv screen."
