I heard fun alot in the video

Seems like he had a blast playing the game. Damn the hype, sometimes people get intoxicated by hype that they forget video games are there to play and have fun.

That was an interesting video. Seemed very honest.

Seriously, though, what this mostly does is make me want a high-budget Mecha-only game. Mechwarrior 2 was one of my first PC games.

His summary of the game-play as "looking out for other players" while you annihilate bots seems darn accurate.

Why are all these anti-hype threads appearing now? It's been 8 months of nothing but OMG TITANFALL GAME OF THE GENERATION EVERYONE WHO'S PLAYED IT LOVES IT.

The titans seem a bit underpowered in my opinion and the infantry has so much ammo for the rocket launcher; they seem to easy to take down and with no penetration through walls, it won't be hard for two guys to end a titan in 30 seconds or so and the jump-pack seems like a better feature than the armor and added damage of piloting a titan.
There will probably be tweaks though.

I'd like bigger teams, 12 vs 12 at least, the bots seem kind of useless, I don't understand the point of them. "It's to get points so the titans drop" is what most are saying, that seems a bit counterproductive and they should rather have tweaked the drop system and increased team sizes instead; stupid bots have no function in a modern game (imo).

The gameplay looks amazing though, truly entertaining and a perfect mix of chaos and order and the maps look really good and decent-sized. Still very excited for this!

Edit; wow, titan melee is badass! The titan on titan battles are intense and fascinating, this will be awesome!

You should try, or look at some of the later Armored Core titles. Not sure if its your kind of game but its got crazy amount of customisation for fans of mecha.

Funny how Angry Joe is now relevant because he praises the PS4.

On a serious note, he can't play shooters for shit, why should anyone care for his opinion.

Seriously? You're going to discredit his opinion simply because he bought a PS4? Even though he never he even owned a PS3 and is by all accounts more of a Xbox fan?
