A few new details and a trailer to drool over, that's it. No release dates until E3. Smash will be a character reveal. Some of us are hyping things up too much and will be disappointed, but anyone that goes in with low to moderate expectations will be satisfied.

Ur most likely right, maybe 1 or 2 minor surprises but doubtful there will be any huge megatons.

Nah, hype's at a good level. Where it's at now, if nothing big happens tomorrow, there won't be Nintendoom meltdowns, but if there is something big, the thread will explode. A healthy level of excitement, low risk for disappointment if things go wrong, high potential for a glorious thread explosion if things go right. Keep it where it's at, this is perfect. All that's left is to wait...and anticipate...

i never understood this, why people thought nintendo had to put out a direct. Its been just 2 months. They just had one, i think people overdosed cuz we had a big one last year in jan!

Why? Maybe it's because there's been a Direct every month bar January now, last January really gave us loads of mega reveals to set up the year proper, the. Wii U and 3DS hardly have bloated lineups, and there's been an awful lot of negative Nintendo press as of late, so a Direct could counter this. In my opinion, anyway.

Anyway, in this above case I was referring to how late in the day it is, 8 hours later than normal infact. Krezzy got it ,
