I now have a much deeper appreciation for your screen name, and for you.

Who?
Jk, jk... But the Beatles and Shirley are in very different circumstances imo in the sense that Music ages better than Movies do... I mean, many people listen to music from the old days since many genras of music havn't really changed much, its just the way we create music has changed the most (and to be fair, the # of popular musicians that have talent have gone down over the years imo) vs old movies which not many people watch since its either shit resolution, black and white, special effects as well as many more factors so its hard for a lot of people to even know some of the actors from the olden days cause people like me havn't watched those movies but I can listen to the beatles all day, specially since many of their tracks have been remastered for the better...

They used to make us watch her movies, Old Yeller, Annie, and stuff like that when I was in school....and I liked it.
R.I.P. to Shirley Temple. From child star to Ambassador. One of the best there ever was.
Shirley temple still lived?
And as far as I know her work was very US centric so people from elsewhere shouldn't feel bad not knowing her.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
I watched her movies when I was a kid. I remember I really enjoyed them. R.I.P. Shirley Temple.
