what about Deus Ex Human Revolution DC?

Yeah, could be. I don't remember how much that cost... $29.99 vs. $39.99 or something?

30$ VS 50$ IIRC

$30 × 1.7 = $51

That must be it.

Nintendo has to learn a lesson from this. They made Wii U without consulting the 3rd parties and now they have to pay it. Wii U is a console with an old architecture (PowerPC like Wii, PS3 and X360) versus X86-64 that Xbox One and PS4 have wich makes developing games much more easier for 3rd parties

If I remember correctly, there was actually a lot of talk about working with third parties when developing the Wii U.  EA was clearly a major part of that.  There was a reason EA was on the stage with Nintendo and a big part of their presentations.  Something changed just before launch.

I don't think anyone has posted this yet but I'm pretty sure this is a ex EA developer who got cut off from them recently http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/128214-Exclusive-EA-Shutters-North-Carolina-Studio and that explains the AE name. And the Wii U stratagy, they are the anti EA.

Also some games that they MAY have developed. Since I think this is them. http://www.ign.com/companies/ea-north-carolina

Very nice find.  Unfortunately, those games do not inspire much confidence in the quality of game they are going to announce.  I hope to be wrong.

When they decide to make a product, they're making an obligation to provide a service. If that service isn't quality, they're not treating their consumers right.

Quality is in the eye of the beholder. I don't buy cheap electronics and expect them to perform the same as higher priced products. I don't buy cheap consoles and expect quality.

That thought of obligation and entitlement stems from expectations that are not based on reality.

It's a completely reasonable expectation that Wii U ports shouldn't be sub-PS360 technically. Devs like Criterion and Frozenbyte show us how they should be.

Nintendo have made mistakes, but the 3rd party problem isnt 100% their fault like many here would like to believe.

They got me in. I'm gonna buy this. If a developer puts some love in the game then it gets good, really good. All those nice touches and stuff.
Nintendo is well known for that, they add a lot of minor details and polish, even for small games. Same with Team Ico and Riot games.
If AE games attitude translates to all that then they have me.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. ;)
