Quality is in the eye of the beholder. I don't buy cheap electronics and expect them to perform the same as higher priced products. I don't buy cheap consoles and expect quality.

That thought of obligation and entitlement stems from expectations that are not based on reality.

It's a completely reasonable expectation that Wii U ports shouldn't be sub-PS360 technically. Devs like Criterion and Frozenbyte show us how they should be.
