Forums - Microsoft - First Xbox One ID@Xbox Titles announced.

Microsoft has announced two of the first games planned for release under its new self-publishing ID@Xbox program.

Microsoft Studios boss Phil Spencer revealed on Twitter that a new, unnamed Worms title would be coming to the console along with a version of Nutjitsu, which is already available for Windows Phone.

I think you will with . Played 2 of the first shipping games, a Worms game n Nutjitsu, right before DICE.

Though we don't know much about the Worms game, which is presumably being created by franchise veterans Team 17, Nutjitsu is on the way from Ninjabee, the creator of the Kefling titles on Xbox Live Arcade. The top-down maze game is reminiscent of Pac-Man, though you're in control of a squirrel ninja and tasked with retrieving acorns from evil foxes.

Since being announced at Gamescom last year, the Independent Developers @ Xbox Initiative has already garnered approval from a wide number of developers, all of whom have announced their intent to release games on Xbox One using the program.

The first batch of ID@Xbox titles, including Nutjitsu and Worms, are due to be released sometime in March.

Huh? Lol indies have always been awesome,  just wouldnt advise hyping them as some "big reveal" at a games conference.

Why? The biggest game on the planet is an indie game in minecraft. It si also a great way to foster indie support, it's not like there is not AAA games also being pushed..... Didn't exactly hurt Ps4 sales.

Think about the reaction at Gamescom when Minecraft was announced for PS4. Silence filled the room from the "biggest game on the planet".

Anecdotal means squat. I'd rather see indies then a useless trailer for a game not coming until 2015, and a black tusk game that no longer exists. Again it didn't hurt PS4 at all, makes total sense actually. Better to showcase indies, garner support while showing concrete AAA games, instead of things they may come and are 2 years away.
