Sony should get out of the hardware business because the Vita is a horrendous flop and the PS4 alone can't sustain the company.

Sony should go 3rd party with its games and release all of it's games multiplatform (Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, PC).

I mean, I'd love to play Uncharted, Infamous, and Little Big Planet, but I'm not going to pay $400 + plus online fees just to play those games.I'm pretty certain the whole rest of the world agrees with me. Even Michael Pachter said so.

They should also put PS1/PS2/PSP/PS Vita games on smartphones and tablets via Google Play, Amazon, and iOS App Store.

if you want to play sony exclusive games, then buy a playstation 4.

I think they could survive just with the videogame section and maybe keep the music aspect too. Everything else has to go including movies.

The 1.1 billion loss is a projected figure by Sony. It hasnt actually happend yet. The latest results showed a profit i believe.

What an wonderful, nearly heaven like, site to see!!! But in any case, they should get out of the handheld business but I think the ps4 will do fine... They can just continue to sell the rest of their devisions/assets until they got something profitable left which might lead to selling off 75% of Sony's devisions (dont quote me on that)

Also, anyone that says that if you want Sony games, go buy a ps4 should also apply that logic in the next "Nintendo should go third party" thread

I see what you did there and it would all make sense, if Sonys gaming division was Sonys problem right now, unfortunately it isn't so the OP doesn't really make much sense.

Btw Sony is already planning to bring old PS titles to mobile platforms through PS Now.

They should sell everything but their Television and PC businesses, in my opinion.
