Metal Gear was better when it was a full game, ONE game, released with a number after it (MGS1,2,3,4 etc). By making it multiplatform and dividing it up into little parts? It's not going to be able to do what MGS2 did which was use Sony's money to hype the entire INDUSTRY. Being exclusive also meant being able to focus on one platform only thus, better design, graphics etc.

As soon as it went from MGS5 for PS4 to...hey, here's a bunch of different little chapters spread across a bunch of different platforms, I went...meh...and never looked back. I'll just play the first three or four games in the franchise when I want my MG fix.

Should be $20 for a physical copy at its length.

Even that's too much for what's practically a demo. Maybe, just maybe, for the 8th gen version, that's somewhat appropriate.

At least there will be replayability with side missions, missions being graded, etc. Regular demos have no replayability whatsoever. And yes, I was referring to the PS4/XBO versions.

$15 is also very reasonable. I would pay $20 for sure if Konami replaced the CG Snake cover with Shinkawa art. :P

I'm not sure the side mission really change that much... There can't be that many of them. To an extent, I agree about $15 being good. It's probably somewhat decent for such a high-profile game. And yup, they should definitely replace the boring CG art with some awesome Shinkawa art. I mean, the cover they've chose is not bad for CGI but Shinkawa's art is just so much better.

the length is fine if it was a 15$ game but at 40$ it doesnt have enough game time to justify that.

Internet campaign! Twitter assault! We will not stand for this!

This game is shorter than some of the cutscenes in MGS4 and features Jack Bauer in place of proper Snake.... that alone makes this a no sale for me anyway.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

Considering this pretty much sets up the events in Metal Gear Solid 5, it's pretty ridiculous the price you have to pay for it. The game probably uses the exact same assets that Metal Gear Solid 5 does, so instead of charging $40 for a demo, they should just include this along with full game, or like most demos, release it for free.

Should be a $15 downloadable game or maybe have it as a pre-order bonus as well just like how Capcom did it with DMC & Vergil's DLC.

i agree its almost like they see this as a way to milk some money out of the series theres no reason why this couldnt have just been in MGS5 or a Preorder bonus.
