I'm being serious, because you make the statement everyone went from 360 to PS3, probably because of the drop in exclusives after the initial third party exclusives, while Sony had a slow start, but released exclusive after exclusve until the end of the gen.

I think the same thing is going to happen this gen.  Have a good first few years, early in the consoles life shows more exclusives.  Stop support in the future and have the fanbase you built up advertise for you.


Its not because MS had a drop in exclusives so much but rather that Sony had a lot more high quality exclusives.

It's logical thinking. 

 

X1 has more games at launch but it also has more critical flops. This comes with the territory of trying to make diverse games like Sony. Sony always had a flop or 2 and they chopped down on those studios for the most part after awhile.

 

We know that Sony can pull ahead. And the games that are most talked about right now on X1 are 3rd party games that were supposed to be on PS4( Dead Rising and Titanfall)

 

So i would argue that it's just logical reasoning that Sony will eventually pull ahead from what we know

 

We'll just have to wait and see

I wouldn't put it past Sony have to legs on MS based on internal development prowess. Problem is I dont see why they cannot understand that MS truly impressed with the games they showed up to the dance with. People don't realize that first impressions matter.

They like the PS4 hardware better, but not the games nor the main operating system. Its anyones game this gen, but MS really impressed with the launch. We kept screaming at the Kinect as well and my friend disconnected it again. It's hilarious.

Resogun is a really good game that you essentially get for free with the PS4.

Kinect 2.0 is way better, so why comment if you never used it our had time with it?

I don't need to use the Virtual Boy to know it's a piece of garbage. I've read the reviews, I know what the Kinect 2.0 does, and none of that interests me in the slightest.

I got Xbone first due to a better line up and i don't regret as i have thoroughly enjoyed KI , AC4, Forza, Dead Rising, Ryse Power shot golf. However i did get teh ps4 but only got KZ shadowfall , Need ofr speed and the free indie games you get with playstation plus. To be quite honest ,, after finishing KZ and the indie games i got bored of my ps4 as theres nothing to play . Tried knack and i thought that one of teh worst games in history. I don't really see how people can say that ps4 hs so many games when there are non atm. Am i missing any games atm? Currently my ps4 is collecting dust due ot no games . I don't really care about teh resolution difference in multiplats as in terms of AC4 teh difference is very small and i can't tell teh differenec.

S.T.A.G.E.'s post makes sense to me. Anecdotal, yes, but interesting. It may not be the popular thing among fanatical gaming geekdom, but it makes all the sense in the world. Sony fanbase are neither of those things. Majority of Sony fanbase has/going to purchase a Wii U or own a high end gaming pc.  The part I just dont agree with.  Also both launch line-ups are trash.

Titanfall won't be a system seller? How not? It won more E3 awards than any game before it... The Xbox One version of the game is demolishing the pre-order pace of the 360 and PC versions COMBINED!!! It's also a new IP, something we gamers, especially on forums have been screaming for years that we've wanted more. At least he doesn't disagree with the bolded though.
