For the Systems Owned, do they have to be actually owned and currently owned as well? For example, if I didn't own an XBox myself, but a relative owned one and I had regular access to it does it count? Or if I owned a Genesis and it broke and never got it replaced so I don't own one anymore? (Just examples, not my actual list).

Whatever you have access to. It's just a way for us to keep track of who has what.
