I do not own a PS4, therefore I cannot post on their behalf. I don't like having to pay for MP play, but I also don't like MP, so it's all the same to me.

For the sake of discussion, I think it's not a consumer friendly tactic. It's marginally better (consumer wise) that MSs equivalent, what with the free games and all.

I just feel like the reason why all PS owners will eventually subscribe is because of the PS4 MP requirement...and not because its such a great service.

But yeah i do think its an amazing service as well! I mean look at the free games for Feb...insane deals.

So much more income. When theyre hitting 50+ Million sold, were gonna be seeing crazy profits from PlayStation I think.

I have to agree with you. Few people out of all these subscribers have chosen PS+ for its qualities and merits. They just pay to play. Once more, I say this is bad. Plain and obvious.

Eventually, I believe the offers and all the "free" stuff will get through and people will acknowledge it for what it is. A fine, consumer friendly service. Imagine it: more and more people posting in favour of plus in fora and assorted sites. They will do so, even if it is solely to defend their choice and purchase. The result will be...well, advertisement. Potential subscribers will be intrigued and numbers will keep growing.

Of course, these all are my opinions on the matter.
