Wii U really getting shit on lately, kind of frustrating.

Is it a Nintendo fans natural reaction to say everything a third party makes on Nintendo who back out on Nintendo for their reasons "gimped" the game?

Hold on a second. Why are people assuming that the refund didn't come from Warner Bros.? That's the most likely scenario. Otherwise, I think Warner Bros. would be in some real legal trouble. Nintendo probably has to handle the actual account crediting, thus the notice came from them. It's also possible that Warner Bros. only did a partial refund, though, and Nintendo kicked in to make it a full refund.

Damn, though, how bad must DLC sales have been? It must have been to the point that it was a clear loss, which is something you absolutely don't want with content intended to make you extra money.

Well I have $20 coming my way. I was fine with the lack of multiplayer, since it's was by all accounts terrible, but this twice that I've been screwed out of DLC by Warner Bros.

Are you kidding me? How many people bought the game on the idea that DLC was eventually coming to it? They just ****** over that group.

This is probably a good bye to one of the few remaining third partu publishers on the wii u.

Ive never seen a console die as tragically as the wii u. Dreamcast was, by all accounts a more viable platform for developers and gamers alike

My signature ;)  I don't have ZombiU, and if you see my latest episode, you might figure out why (my PC, I've got all the FPS content I want right there)... If anything you should buy a Wii U for SM3DW, W101, and Pikmin3, all experiences that can't be had ANYWHERE else!  I already reviewed SM3DW, and will be reviewing W101 soon!

I might still do it when things get slow, but this kind of irks me that they'd do this.  And the issue is that the vicious cycle goes like this: 3rd party expects losses, cuts features/content; Wii U owner doesn't buy it because it has features/content cut out; 3rd party sees no one bought it, cuts support further; Wii U owners see further support cuts, decides to not buy anything on the Wii U from them... And so on and so forth until all the 3rd parties are weeded out, lol

Sad times indeed. Nintendo really blew it.

Nintendo must really miss the days where third parties had no choice but to be on their console because commanded the marketshare nearly twenty years ago.
