Hold on a second. Why are people assuming that the refund didn't come from Warner Bros.? That's the most likely scenario. Otherwise, I think Warner Bros. would be in some real legal trouble. Nintendo probably has to handle the actual account crediting, thus the notice came from them. It's also possible that Warner Bros. only did a partial refund, though, and Nintendo kicked in to make it a full refund.
Damn, though, how bad must DLC sales have been? It must have been to the point that it was a clear loss, which is something you absolutely don't want with content intended to make you extra money.
