Where is the Mega Sceptile At? Outside the Kanto starters having all a mega evolution, Blaziken is the only Hoenn Starter to get one? C'mon!!! Well less discuss! (Swampert will be in another topic on a later date!)
Sceptile a Grass type starter and now the second fastest of the starters (thank you Greninja) has always been overshadowed. But maybe with a nice boost can we see the grass starter OU? We have for others! Anyway here is my idea!
Sceptile is very fast with a good (but not great) S.Atk stat. Def arent that good and it has low HP. Its from the dragon egg group so why not make it a dual dragon type upon mega evolution like Charizard/Ampharos!? Also it needs an abilty. How about a dragon type Gale Wings? Talonflame is one of the best pokemon with its priority bravebird/acrobatics. Why not make sceptile that good too?
It would be fair game as Grass/Dragon has many weaknesses with a x4 weakness to Ice! Anyway here is what i would do... How do you like my suggestion? Also the name of the gale wings ability would be Gale Scales (Dragon version). Did i mention its a unique typing

Great typing and a great ability, this would put it in OU easily imo!
