I always hated them for their stupid backwardness when it comes to business and PR but they basically told me everything I wanted to her from them:

 

- Acknowledgement of the gamepad misconception.

- No game developement for mobile.

- A Nintendo network app coming soon (similar to the PS app I assume).

- More Nintendo titles being developed by third party developers.

- More VC support.

- Proper utilization of the gamepad.

 

With all that I said I'd go out right now and buy a Wii U if my ps4 wasn't already on it's way.

 I wish so. But they've already hinted at a two month game drought between Tropical Freeze and Mario Kart. If true, then one of their worst habits remains intact.

Acknowledging a failer is not the same thing as fixing a failure. This point is more along the line that they're going to be perfect.

- No game developement for mobile.

Same as the other two. They'll be making smartphone game ads if I understood correctly. It's good! Just not unique.

- A Nintendo network app coming soon (similar to the PS app I assume).

Same point as above. It's them catching up to the competition.

- More Nintendo titles being developed by third party developers.

I don't like this one as a gamer, but it should be good for business.

- More VC support.

It's nice and all, but it's also a really small feature in the grand scheme of things.

- Proper utilization of the gamepad.

I certainly wouldn't consider NFC proper use of the gamepad. Did I miss something?

Really I'd say they're on the path to perfect but they certainly aren't there yet.
