And Hyrule Warriors is listed as Japan only.

so the only 3rd party games for WiiU 2014 in the west will be 2 LEGO games, PACMAN, 3 eShop games and Spiderman2...

No because its getting MK and Smash. But it wont go much further. like a 33% growth with no pricecut and 50% with a pricecut. that would put WiiU at 4.5M for 2014?
