ntkrnl confirmed to be legit insider. Confirms new studio for Crackdown 3 called Cloudgine (in scotland) made up of ex realtime world folk. Dev started 6 months before the ink even dried on the paper, so it'll have 2.5 years dev time.

Ruffian are working on an Xbox One exclusive and have been for 2+ years going by job listings, we now know it isn't Crackdown.

Why would they bother making another crackdown? It's such a small series you'd think the resources would be put to better use making a new IP.
