Did a quick google search and it seems like they are a new gaming studio that haven't made a game yet. Hope they don't turn out to be like Nibris (remember Sadness?)

Edit: Woops, should have read more info about the game. A 2D shooter for e-shop shouldn't be too hard to make so there's hope this will be an actual game.

@Pezus: It was originally for Wii/3DS/Mobile/PC or something like that but it was moved to be Wii U exclusive...like I said, some of the info in the link I posted is old!
