Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo has to reveal something BIG before Sony does

Nintendo needs a BIG nintendo Direct next week, before Sony reveals Vita Slim or Vita TV or whatever.

I think a lot of owners are about to sell their WiiU

Why the hell would they sell their Wii U the year Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros 4 come out?

If people sell their Wii U, its not because of sonys announcement, its because of nintendo's lack of generating excitement.

lol no kidding....definately not selling my Wii U.
I use it everyday compared to my other consoles whcih are dust collectors at the moment

I don't think Nintendo cares what Sony is doing, but i still think we will get a Nintendo Direct this week, probably Wednesday.

It's Ridge Racer

Jan 30th is also supposed to be Nintendo's financial meeting. I was already expecting a Nintendo Direct I guess on the 28th or 29th to mitigate the horrible news.
Also, if this is event is supposed to be about the Vita, not really expecting the megatons to be dropped. Vita Slim or the Vita TV isn't going to change the pace for the Vita by much in the West and I don't think there is a game to save the Vita in the West

GTA, Elderscrolls, Bioshock, etc. etc.

There are a lot of games that would help move Vitas in the West, ths issue is more in that I don't think there is a cat in hells chance of any of them actually happening at this stage in the system's life.

I wouldn't be surprised at what money plus third parties can do. Stranger things have happened.

A well done Call of Duty game; GTA; Gran Turismo, a new God of War, etc.
