youtube, facebook, twitter, basically any internet conected social media are pretty much all shills. it the reason the internet view do not reflect real life views, wether it politics with Ron Paul, or video games, or movies.

I think it's also important to look at the wording, specifically "disparage". That means they were not to regard or represent as being of little worth. That doesn't mean they couldn't point out something they didn't like or needed work. It just means they couldn't have intent to damage the reputation of each company/product.

Man again, did you READ??The issue is not paying it is a clause that forces people to not say anything about the agreement which is unethical, lying, and breaks FTC regulations, read before posting ain;t hard.

Only Tom Cruz cant tell anyone that MS paid them to promote the XB1. Thats the illegal part, not informing people that you are being paid by a certain company to give posite feedback on their product.

Certainly MS can pay people to do this but that person must make it clear to their audiance that they were moneyhatted to do so, otherwise illegal.
