Console power is one of the most if not most important part,

imagine if you had to create a new engine just to port it the underpowered console where' theresa guarantee of possibly flopping....would cost too much and be too much of a hassle

say that to PS1 and PS2

Well what are you measuring the graphic by? Crappy 3rd party jobs ( Need For Speed Most Wanted exists and that game looks like Need For speed rivals)

All's Nintendo's games are Cartoony and they have far better lighting. So you dont have much to go on ._.

I assume this is aimed at me :P Id personally say WW HD is the best looking game the WiiU currently has, but outside of the excessive use of bloom and the 1080p i wouldn't really consider it much more visually impressive than A crack In Time (which was released nearly 3.5 years ago on the PS3).

I'm perfectly aware the WiiU is capable of a fair bit more than the last gen consoles, but it's done a piss poor job of showing it off. Thus far it's taken sub-last gen graphics and yanked up the frame rate and resolution. I expected more from Nintendo :/

All of NIntendo's games run at 60fps XD  They're also pretty. So I dont know what you're looking for. 2014 should scratch whatever itches you currently have

Haha yeah, the "emotion engine" crap and the PS1 were a bitch to program for

The end result still speaks for itself (found these from a quick google, i'm sure you can find better and worse screens for both of them).

Thus far Nintendo have been unable to produce a game with more detail than something from 3.5 years ago. Either they are struggling with HD developments or they are just being lazy. The fact i am even able to compare these 2 so directly in detail despite years of separation and one being "next gen" speaks for itself. This isn't even a recent PS3 release for goodness sake :/ Sony and MS have already blown a hundred miles past Nintendo and all they have to show off right now is their launch titles, let alone anything they release in the next year.

Again, i expected more from Nintendo. They have a perfectly able console but have thus far wasted it. At least with the Wii they quickly put it's resources to use to properly separate it from the PS2.

Anyway i'm going to leave the discussion on that. The way you act upon your bias has always made discussions with you rather mundane.

Personally I think Pikmin 3 looks better than Wind Waker at times. And 3D World's gorgeous too imo.
