You can guess xbone is overtracked by a lot like last month, so he's right, we should wait for NPD numbers then adjustments by vgc

500k is already fact... it will be over unless Xbone did a turn arround in NPD February and I think that won't happen because PS4 is selling close to 2:1 in US.

As I know neither disclaimed their total NPD numbers for January, also VGChartz shows PS4 at ~350k for USA January and Xone at less than 300k, and if "PS4 sold almost double" that 143k of yours than PS4 is also being overtraked by at least 70k.

But ok, if we are to use NPD numbers then the PS4 advantage is still a mere 250k by the end of January.

You need to check your numbers again.

PS4: 2,361k - 2,080k = 279k.

VGC & NPD for PS4 = Spot
VGC & NPD for Xbone = Overtracked

Xone overtraked by 40k, gap still 290k this last week.

PS: You seem to have forsaken the 3mi WW gap after Japan.

Now sum the overtracking since November... I will do a table.

About the 3 million gap it will be close... 2.8m I guess... but I won't be right in this one... Sony shipped only 350k units to launch... so low supply.

FEB will show PS3 2:1 Xbone again... and before Titanfall launch there is ONE MARCH WEEK.

I'm confident with that prediction.
