It's a bad game, but it didn't sell badly, no.

thats explains the great sales for need for speed, and how about AC4, and COD ghosts, the digitail foundry article came almost a month after those games were released, and nintendo fans were telling everybody how much better they looked then the currentgen versions. |
Need for Speed was five months late. By the time of AC4 and Ghosts it was too late, Nintendo gamers had been conditioned that all third psrty efforts were sub-par.
| curl-6 said: Wii U fans at this point are the hardcore Nintendo fans, the ones who read internet articles about bad ports. |
How about Wii Fit U, Sing Party, Ninja Gaiden 3, Game & Wario, Wonderful 101, Sonic Lost World, none of which have broke 200k, would you call these games sub par?

Yes, the relative success of ZombiU certainly must have done a lot to condition them.
so youre basically saying, Nintendo fans are unwilling to stand 5 months of 3rd party meandering, but on the other hand, will wait years for Nintendo to do anything?

I haven't played Wii Fit U or Sing Party, but yes, the rest are sub par.
And Nintendo fans simply got used to third party ports being bad.

I will just paint a picture for you, see if you can follow.
Nintendo fans simply got used to there being nothing about the WiiU that captures their attention so all but the absolute diehards have fled to other systems or the 3DS.
This is why releasing new games for the WiiU isn't going to help a great deal.
Nintendo fans have been conditioned to prefer 3DS over the WiiU
As such, anyone expecting Project Cars to sell more than 500k units is in for quite the wakeup call.

Nintendo fans will not pass up games like Mario Kart 8 and Zelda U.

MK8's success remains to be seen, will it sell well? yes most likely, will it save the WiiU? doubtful.
And most Nintendo fans stiill have no idea about exactly when Zelda U will be shown let alone released.

Mario Kart and Smash saved the GCN from getting Dreamcasted, they could keep Wii U's head above water long enough for it to turn a profit and leg it out to its successor's launch.
This game will have local multiplayer?
If so, will be with 5 players(4 in split creen more gamepad)?
