“I literally just had a blast racing around one of our tracks in the rain...”

Oh dear... I hope he wasn't injured in the blast.

Seriously, people need to stop misusing the word "literally".

Wanna bet that project CARS will sell less than 350K in it's first six months on the WII U ?

No.

Also, im quite excited about the prospect of a proper racing sim on a Nintendo system.

Me too, although I would like to have seen one on the Gamecube, which had triggers fit for a racing game. Shame it never happened.

Yep.

It won't sell. Criterion put a lot of effort in Need for Speed Most Wanted U; graphically superior to 360/PS3 version, offered 7 different control methods, utilized the gamepad as much as it could be used in a racing game, bundled DLC on the disc, put a Mario easter egg (Pipe that takes you to a Super Mario Bros. Level-1 themed underground room). And it still sold like crap, good port or bad port, 3rd party games don't sell well on Wii U, unless it's exclusive like ZombiU.

Need for Speed released 5 months late on Wii U, everyone who wanted it already had it. If their launches been simultaneous, it would have sold much, much better.

Wanna take up my bet then ?

I wouldn't get my hopes up yet. It's too early to say how well this will turn out and all we've seen of the WiiU version is a crappy cam pic. All other material has been from the PC version with all settings on high.

I already said no. There are too many unknown variables for me to be confident enough to make it.

Injustice came out on the PS4 7 months after the simultaneous 360/PS3/WiiU release. Ps4 version has sold 170k in just 2 months, while the WiiU version has sold 80k in 9 months

day one for me. i cant wait to see it in acion....
