My co-worker and I are going to go again on Thursday. If she's not there, we're going Friday as well.

I'm currently in high spirits due to a raise + promotion, so hopefully this positivity helps me out. If she rejects me, I'll "cry" to my co-worker or something ;)

this is your female co-worker right? How hot is she on a scale from 1 - 10? or is she a lot older then you? ... going with the same co worker every time might send a wrong message (or just casually start talking to the girl that you and your CO WORKER really like the food here)

Yes. She's about 7 years older, and I'll give her a 7/10. This will be the second time I'll go with her; I went alone the first time I went to Chick-Fil-A.

Edit: I'm bringing her along, so I could have a better chance getting the girl as my cashier. If she didn't go with me the last time, I would've gotten the dude.

alright. as long as it visible or you casually mention it's a co worker... anyway what's your game plan?

We're going to talk about that tomorrow, but the co-worker kept telling me all this week to ask her if she has a boyfriend and then ask her out.

I'm thinking of telling a funny story that happenned at work, then talk about that little festival that's going to go on in the weekend and ask her out.

Since you supposedly have a few things in common, cut foreplay and just ask her out to something you both claim you're into. Get her number.

Don't ask her to "hang out" or "come along with you" to whatever it is you want to do with her. That's like asking to be in her friend zone. Let her know you're interested in her; be assertive. Let her know it's a date.

If she hems and haws or gives you some sort of excuse, she's just messing with you and you should drop your obsession before it gets any worse and move on.

1) If you like her ask her out. There are only so many times you can go into a fast food place to talk to a worker before it gets strange

2) Chick-fil-a is delicious

From personal experience, besides the poor flirting, if a girl is interested on you she will:

1 - Ask stuff about your life on return when you're talking
2 - Compliment on your personality / mindset (a fairly common giveaway)
3 - Mention a quality of yours is a rare find nowadays
4 - Remember stuff about your conversations that you don't
5 - Contact you (some will, some won't)

It's important to remember atraction isn't a switch you turn on and off. Most girls that actually answer to your messages, calls etc. are actually giving a shot on knowing you better. It's up to you to make the most of it, and go for it if it's the case.

PS. Ask her out.

Sometimes though, people will flirt with others, but have no intention of getting with them. I've even done this myself from time to time. It's sometimes just fun to flirt with others. It can be entertaining, to laugh a bit, maintain eye-contact and pass a few compliments. However, if the person is awkward in social situations, they might not recognize the social cues that define the limited range of some flirting. It wouldn't be the first or last time someone reads too much into a casual smile, a wink or a laugh, as sometimes inner hopes can cloud judgement.

That said, reading what the OP has written,  I would still encourage him to go for it, as it could be a learning experience either way.

@Mirson- Do you know her name yet? Also, are you planning on asking her out then and there in the restaurant?

Ah yes, the internet: where people who have the time to prove everyone wrong, debate on videogames, watch YouTube/porn, AND still have the time to be a whiz with the ladies in real life.
